Our Commitment

Elixcella was founded on a fundamental conviction: access to advanced medical care should not depend solely on a patient’s ability to pay. This belief guides how we work, for the benefit of the community in Medellín, Colombia.

Community Access Program

Regenerative treatments, including stem cell therapies, remain economically out of reach for the vast majority of patients in Colombia. Elixcella donates these treatments directly to local patients who would otherwise not have access to them.

To date, we have donated over one billion stem cells through this program. Treatments are provided at no cost to the recipients, with Elixcella covering the entire expense. This cost does not appear on any patient’s bill, nor is it factored into our commercial pricing.

This is not a collaboration with a charity or a pledge to donate a percentage of revenue. It is a direct, ongoing commitment that we self-fund, because we believe it is the right way to operate.

What’s Next?

We are actively working to expand the program’s reach, increasing the number of local patients we can treat and diversifying the available therapies. As Elixcella grows commercially, our commitment to community access grows with it.

More details on how the program works and how it is funded will be published here as it develops.

How We Practice

Elixcella only offers scientifically evidence-based and clinically validated treatments. We do not use experimental protocols, unregulated therapies, or treatments whose safety profile is not well established.

Every patient requesting information on regenerative treatments undergoes a comprehensive medical evaluation before a recommendation is made. If a treatment is not suitable for a patient’s case, we tell them. We prefer to lose an appointment rather than recommend something that isn’t right.

Our treatments comply with Colombian medical regulations, and our clinical team operates with the same standards we would expect in any internationally recognized medical center.
